You are making a non-refundable promotional voucher purchase to reserve a session space with inclusive collection at the studio for the calendar year of 2023. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, promotional vouchers are not refundable for any reason should you decide to cancel your session. In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are not negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances. Failure to redeem, during 2023 will result in forfeiture. Sessions are held in our Naples studio Monday-Friday. The studio is closed on all major and some minor holidays. Please keep in mind that our studio books 6-12 months in advance, and it is up to you, the customer (YOU), to reach out and book your session date before we become fully booked. Should the studio be fully booked by the time you reach out, you will be placed on a waiting list for any cancellations. Refunds will not be given due to the Studio being fully booked, so it is of the utmost urgency that you reach out to book your Session as soon as possible.
